Craving: McDonald's Filet-O-Fish

I can already hear the grumbles of the “food connoisseurs” as they read this post and see the above picture. If you’re looking for pan-seared fish, Mario Batali’s website is here. Now that that’s out of the way, and I’ve efficiently offended a good number of our valued readers, just wanted to say that I love this Filet-O-Fish. I want one right now, even though it’s 11:08 PM. I don’t know if it’s the lack of vegatables on this sandwich, or the way the cheese very rarely covers anywhere close to half of the sandwich, or how sometimes when I open up the box the top bun has slid halfway off the filet, which jolts an immediate response mechanism to fix the structural integrity of my dear fish sandwich as if I just saw it naked. Again, I digress.
