Reindeer Paté

Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer, you’ll go down in history… as some pretty delicious paté. Well, according to the packaging it says that it was made from a relative of the reindeer that saved Christmas, and I suppose that should suffice.

Specifically, it’s made from select cuts of Swedish Arctic Reindeer meat, cognac, and spices. After all, nothing says Christmas like Rudolph, therefore nothing says Christmas dining like some Red-nosed paté. “Delicious served on hut buttered toast with a glass of brandy!” ($25 @ Firebox)
