Goat cheese specialists Montchevre has proven yet again that there is no limit to what you can do with it, as it’s launching two new flavors, one of which is sure to spark cheese-lovers’ curiosity: Cold Brew & Donuts.

It’s the first and only cold brew-flavored goat cheese, combining the bold, roasted flavor of freshly brewed coffee and donut sweetness with the tangy, earthy taste of goat cheese. This unique flavor profile pairs perfectly with both sweet and savory dishes.

“We’re always analysing consumer insights to stay ahead of the trends, and the demand for adventurous goat cheese profiles and flavor mashups continues to increase year over year. Launching a first-of-it-kind Cold Brew & Donuts goat cheese on the market is one more example of how we continue to offer our customers an even wider range of flavors to explore,” Jenny Englert, marketing director at Saputo USA, said.

Montchevre’s second new offering is a Mild Gouda-style goat milk cheese, which is imported from the Netherlands. It combines gouda creaminess with goat milk tanginess to deliver a balanced cheesiness. Both cheeses are now available at retailers throughout the US.
