Brace Yourself For ‘Hot Ones’ Ramen
A-Sha Foods, renowned for its spicy and flavorful chewy noodles, has exciting news. This month, the 100-year-old Taiwanese legacy brand announced a collaboration with Hot Ones to introduce three new ramen flavors: Taiwanese Tingly Pepper, Sizzling Chili Garlic, and Fiery Hot Tonkotsu.
This isn’t the first time A-Sha tapped the viral Hot Ones show to help heat up its product portfolio. It collaborated with Hot Ones just several months ago releasing flavors such as Sweet Chili, Garlic Chili and Smoky Chili.
“After the fiery success of our original three spicy cup noodles this summer, we can’t wait for our fans to try the three new spicy bowl noodles we’re launching,” said Chris Schonberger, the creator of Hot Ones. “This time, they pack even more heat, more flavor, and showcase A-Sha’s signature air-dried, perfectly chewy noodles paired with our iconic Hot Ones spice.”
In a world that continues to dive deeper into the evolving multi-media landscape, businesses and consumers alike are looking more on socials, streaming platforms and podcasts for the next best thing. Food and beverage brands are syncing with other brands now more than ever establishing mutually symbiotic relationships where a partnership can create co-branded products to launch impactful and special releases.
The three new ramen flavors made their debut at Target and Walmart. Although they were also initially available online, high consumer demand quickly led to individual 6-packs of each flavor selling out in a flash.
However, not all hope is lost as A-Sha offers “The ULTIMATE Variety Pack” – a take on all SIX flavors for all the spicy ramen enthusiasts out there. You can purchase the variety pack that not only contains the three prior original flavors: Sweet Chili (Mild), Garlic Chili (Medium), and Smoky Chili (Hot), but also includes the three new flavors: Taiwanese Tingly Pepper (Mild), Sizzling Chili Garlic (Medium), and Fiery Hot Tonkotsu (Hot) for a solid price of $143.49. Did we mention, this purchase comes with a cool collaborative tote bag?
