‘Friends’ Cereal Exists, And It’s Vanilla Bean Latte Flavored

The ’90s sitcom Friends is widely regarded as one of the most significant television series in pop culture. It highlighted the value of friendship while fostering a romanticized, if unrealistic, fantasy of being able to hang out with your friends anytime, all the time. Each character brought their unique quirks—Monica’s neuroticism, Phoebe’s eccentric charm, and Chandler’s sharp wit—that made us love them for different reasons.

Now, three decades later, Friends is celebrating its 30th anniversary. To honor the milestone, General Mills has announced the release of a coffee-flavored cereal inspired by the show, aptly titled “The One with the Vanilla Bean Latte.”

The cereal draws inspiration from Central Perk, the fictional Greenwich Village coffeehouse where the characters shared their ups and downs for 10 seasons on NBC. According to General Mills and Warner Bros., the limited-edition cereal features “crunchy flakes flavored with hints of coffee and vanilla,” designed to deliver a comforting, barista-level vanilla bean latte experience. It’s perfect for adding a little coffee goodness to your morning or snacking while binge-watching with your own group of besties.

Starting this December, fans of Friends and cereal alike can find this special release at Walmart stores nationwide for $3.99.
