Amazon Fresh Launches New Budget Friendly Brand, ‘Amazon Saver’
Amazon Fresh is introducing a new private food label named Amazon Saver, and according to the announcement, the goal is to help “grocery budgets go further.” The private label will include general grocery essentials, crackers, cookies, canned fruit, condiments, and more.
Most of the Amazon Saver products will be priced under $5 and if you’re a Prime Member, you get an additional 10% off. Following the launch, Amazon plans to add over 100 items to the new brand. And, the savings don’t end there. Prime members can now enjoy discounts on an additional 3,000 grocery items sold in-store and online at Amazon Fresh.
The Prime discounts include:
- Up to 50% off a weekly rotation of eight to 15 grocery items, including fresh produce, proteins and pantry staples.
- 25% off over 1,200 rotating Prime-exclusive grocery and household items.
- 10% off all Amazon private brands, including Aplenty, Amazon Fresh, Amazon Kitchen, 365 Whole Foods Market, Happy Belly and Amazon Saver.
To make it easier for you to save, Amazon Fresh has simplified its online storefront. Customers can now reorder grocery items with ease, reserve grocery pick-up days, and peruse “intuitive shopping zones” that categorizes products by themes like exclusive Prime deals and seasonal favorites. The website also features dedicated digital aisles for grocery items.
The benefits don’t stop there, either. Prime Members and customers using EBT can now sign up for a monthly grocery subscription that offers “flexibility and lower upfront cost,” or can subscribe to the annual plan, which is a yearly grocery subscription that offers massive savings.
