You Can Customize 88-Styles Of Instant Ramen At This NYC Noodle Joint

Soul-warming and stomach-filling, ramen is one of the best comfort foods in the world. There are few dishes that you’re encouraged to put your table manners aside for and eat with abandon. Since we’re in agreement about the awesomeness of instant ramen, you’ll be excited to learn about a new NYC-based noodle spot called Instant Noodle Factory

Founded by Tat and Cierra, Instant Noodle Factory is a proverbial promised land for lovers of ramen. There, customers can choose from a jaw-dropping 88 noodle varieties, 30 toppings, and endless ways to combine them. If that many options doesn’t overload your craving meter, don’t fret, they plan to expand the options further.

The inspiration for Instant Noodle Factory came from Tat’s upbringing in Hong Kong. After relocating to the states, he discovered that many of his childhood favorite flavors were hard to find, or unavailable entirely. Hoping to share his faves with his partner Cierra, Tat began ordering the flavors online. The spark for Instant Noodle Factory came while the couple were sampling the imported ramen flavors.

“What if you could build any bowl you could think of, combining proteins and other toppings?” Tat posed in the press release. Ever adventurous, each day the couple samples at least 32 noodle combinations in an effort to unlock new delicious flavors.

Currently, the menu features noodles from eight different countries and flavors include miso, soy, shio, cheese, tonkotsu, meat, seafood, spicy, and jjajang. In other words, you’ll have more than a bowl full of ramen options to choose from. On “top” of that, customers can add marinated chashu pork, beef birria, pulled duck leg, slow roasted beef, kurobuta sausages, and silken tofu to name a few.

Get your ramen-fix today and visit Instant Noodle Factory located at 24-11 41st Avenue in Long Island City.
