Netflix To Open It’s First-Ever Restaurant
From screen to tables, looks like Netflix wanted you to stop sharing your passwords so you can now reserve your very own seat at their first ever food pop-up in Los Angeles, dubbed Netflix Bites.
Beginning on June 30, Netflix is expanding from streaming to culinary with an elevated dining experience brought to life from several of its acclaimed chefs from popular Netflix series such as Curtis Stone (Iron Chef), Dominique Crenn (Chef’s Table, Iron Chef), Rodney Scott (Chef’s Table), Ming Tsai (Iron Chef), Ann Kim (Chef’s Table), Nadiya Hussain (Nadiya Bakes), Jacques Torres (Nailed It!) and Andrew Zimmern (Iron Chef).
“Netflix is already a destination for beloved food programming, from documentaries to competition shows,” said Josh Simon, VP, Consumer Products. “From episode to entrée, with NETFLIX BITES we are creating an in-person experience where fans can immerse themselves in their favorite food shows. We are excited to collaborate with these incredible chefs who will bring this vision to life and showcase an array of their delicious menus.”
Of course Netflix can’t have a fancy restaurant without drinks. Mixologists from Netflix’s “Drink Masters” competition show will be in charge of creating custom cocktails for the drink menu.
Netflix Bites will be open seven days a week from 5-10 p.m., with an additional brunch service on weekends. The restaurant is at 115 S. Fairfax Ave. in Los Angeles. To reserve a bite from Netflix today, book a reservation at www.NETFLIXBITES.com.
