Southern California-based SlapFish food truck is one of the few food trucks pushing the mobile-genre into the seafood segment of the service industry. Having personally tried their truck, it’s definitely one that has their game together, so when we saw they’re pushing this new Sloppy Wasabi Tuna Slider, we knew it had to be shared with all those food truck hunters out there.
