Starbucks Has Added A New Ingredient To Their Latest Coffee Collection: Olive Oil

Have you ever heard of someone adding a tablespoon of olive oil to their coffee every morning to boost health? Well, Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz picked up the idea last year while exploring the Italian countryside and now wants the world to join in the movement.

Introducing Starbucks Oleato, the newest line of coffee drinks from Starbucks that features olive oil as an ingredient. The lineup is adding three new menu items to Starbucks’ arsenal of favorites: the Oleato latte with oat milk, the Oleato golden foam cold brew, and the Oleato ice shaken espresso with oat milk. Coffee lovers can expect to see these products in select Southern California stores soon with a nationwide rollout on the horizon.

“It is one of the biggest launches we’ve had in decades,” Schultz explained. “Rather than a flavor or a product, it’s really a platform.” This new caffeine experience from Starbucks could be the next big step in the evolution of your morning cup of Joe.
