The Official Foodie Guide To Disney100 Celebration Has Been Released

A couple weeks back we shared the news about the rumored foodie guide for Disney100 Celebration, the aptly-titled name for the 100 year celebration of The Walt Disney Company. The leak hinted at a massive menu available across Disneyland park and Disney California Adventures. With the official release of the foodie guide, we’re now able to really sink our teeth into what’s to come. 

As expected, Disney’s culinary creatives don’t disappoint. With an already impressive lineup, there’s a ton of new treats to experience. Below is a list of some of their most mouthwatering standouts.

DISNEYLAND PARK

LOCATION: Hungry Bear Restaurant

Potato & Cheddar Cheeseburger: 1/3 lb angus chuck patty, green chile, and bacon cheddar sauce with spicy crispy potato planks on a brioche bun. Available beginning January 27.

LOCATION: Candy Palace and Candy Kitchen and Pooh Corner

Minnie Apple: Available beginning January 27.

Minnie Cake Pop: January 27.

LOCATION: Town Square Churro and Tomorrowland Churro

Disney100 Churro: Rolled in cherry sugar drizzled with white icing and topped with purple and silver pearls. Available beginning January 27.

DISNEY CALIFORNIA ADVENTURES PARK

LOCATION: Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta

French Onion Dip Pizza: Mozzarella, Gruyère, caramelized onion, and sliced roast beef served with a side of beef au jus. Available beginning January 27.

LOCATION: Clarabelle’s Hand-Scooped Ice Cream

SNICKERS Sundae: Butter-pecan ice cream topped with chocolate shell, caramel sauce, whipped cream, chopped peanuts, and SNICKERS bar pieces served in a waffle cup. Available January 27.

Disney100 Cocktail: Empress Gin, pea flower, honey, lavender, and lemon juice garnished with an edible flower. Available beginning January 27.

Platinum Trifle: Layers of chocolate cookie crumbles, cheesecake, cherry compote, chocolate cookie mousse, and crème fraîche chantilly with crunch pearls and a chocolate piece. Available beginning January 27.

DISNEY’S GRAND CALIFORNIAN HOTEL & SPA

LOCATION: GCH Craftsman Grill

DOWNTOWN DISNEY DISTRICT

Enchanted Centuria Martini: Blanco tequila, chilled espresso, Irish cream, and vanilla syrup topped with an edible flower. Available beginning January 27.
