Beyond Meat COO Arrested After Allegedly Biting Man’s Nose in Road Rage Incident
When you have the urge for some meat, sometimes plant-based alternatives just don’t cut it. Just ask Beyond Meat COO, Doug Ramsey, who was arrested on September 17 for allegedly biting off the tip of a man’s nose.
After watching the Arkansas versus Missouri State football game at Razorback Stadium last Saturday night, Ramsey attempted to exit the parking garage in his Ford Bronco. According to the police, a Subaru “inched his way” in front of Ramsey’s Bronco, in the process making contact with the front passenger’s side tire.
That’s all it took to launch the Beyond Meat executive into a fit of rage, allegedly leading him to punch through the Subaru’s back window like The Terminator. This then led the driver of the Subaru to exit his car and retaliate by punching Ramsey in the body.
In response to the Canelo-like body work he was on the receiving end of, Ramsey then bit the Subaru driver, “ripping the flesh on the tip of the nose.” Besides that, the police report also stated that Ramsey threatened to kill the driver of the Subaru.
Ramsey was then arrested at 10:27 p.m. and booked into the Washington County jail on charges of making terroristic threats and 3rd-degree battery.
