Breakfast Egg Rolls

Wait…tastes good normal…wait….let’s deep fry it…right? Nick? Right. Egg rolls are good by their lonesome, as is a scrambled egg breakfast, so why wouldn’t the two go fabulously together? Breakfast Egg Rolls — Imagine an egg roll wrapper, filled with scrambled eggs, shredded Cheddar cheese, chopped up maple syrup flavored breakfast sausages, diced red and green bell peppers.

Next up on the agenda? Bacon and hash browns egg roll? Maybe a syrupy french toast egg roll? My mind’s-a-racin’!
