Chamoy Wings Are a Surprise Hit at This Burger Joint

If I were to tell you that some of the most interesting and delicious chicken wings that I’ve had in recent memory come from a new burger joint in Hollywood, I wouldn’t hold it against you if you gave me some skeptical side eye.

But really, the moment my tastebuds dapped up the Chamoy, Cacio E Pepe and Tajin Lime chicken wings at Uncool, I knew that this was a revelation that had been missing from my life.

Not only are the wings wildly creative, but the Chamoy wings are the right kind of sweet and tangy, the Cacio E Pepe packs a punch of garlicky goodness, and the Tajin Lime pinches the right spots on my palate. And though the wings are as saucy as Ja Morant’s game on the court, they still maintain their crisp and crunch.

This whole article now culminates in a directive to go out to Uncool in West Hollywood, California now to partake in the chicken wing mastery going on there.
