What’s not to love about shumai? These tender, juicy dumplings filled with either shrimp, pork or veggies are a staple in all dim sum restaurants. At a local restaurant chain called Kiyoken in Yokohama, Japan, their dim sum are regarded as a must.

Kiyoken’s celebrated pork shumai are so popular that they even have a giant shumai “cake” available that houses even more smaller shumai inside. Cut it open and reveal the tasty surprise of 22 more bite-sized shumai. It’s like a dumpling version of Russian matryoshka dolls!
