Barbecue & Pizza Come Together In This EPIC 4th Of July Collab

Two of my favorite foods, together at last.

Legendary California Barbecue spot Heritage Barbecue is teaming up with Long Beach Pizzeria Little Coyote to create an exclusive Pizza that will only be available for 4th of July weekend.

Called the LCPK, the pie features smoked chicken, barbecue sauce, red onion, mozzarella, and cilantro.

Heritage Barbecue will be providing the bacon-cured smoked shredded chicken in a collaboration with the pizzeria celebrating Little Coyote’s one year anniversary.

The pizzeria will be collaborating with other local restaurants in a month-long “Pie of the Week” event.
