Watch Gordon Ramsay Fire Up A Perfect Take On Classic American Breakfast

Gordon Ramsay has proved time and time again that he can take a classic dish and completely blow our minds. This time, he’s doing just that to the classic American breakfast. His rendition of eggs, bacon, and hash browns puts all of ours to shame.

Having spent much of his time in the United States in recent years, Chef Ramsay is quite familiar with how we treat breakfast. In fact, he goes so far as to proclaim that “the best breakfasts in the world are always in America.” While we can’t cook as well as Gordon, we can agree that the good ‘ol  U.S. of A has some pretty fire morning meals.

Eggs, bacon, and hash browns are all classic components of the American breakfast you can find in a diner. Chef Ramsay recognizes that, but gives an intricate, chef’d up twist to each part of the meal that just elevates it to the next level. The result is a beautifully constructed dish of hash browns, baked eggs, and candied bacon that evokes all of the classic USA breakfast flavors at peak deliciousness.

I’m definitely stealing some of Gordon’s tactics next time I make my own breakfast at home.
