The Gracious Gourmet Cranberry Orange Spread

A few weeks ago, The Gracious Gourmet, a specialty food company sent us a jar of their delicious and award winning Cranberry Orange Spread. This all-natural spread has only a hint of orange, but is loaded with nice and tart cranberry chunks. The surprising additional touch of black pepper definitely gives it a nice round flavor, perfect for more savory dishes.

It reminded us of Thanksgiving, so we used it as a condiment in our Thanksgiving Sandwich which included: turkey, stuffing, gravy, and even cheesy bacon mashed potatoes.
