Wendy’s Location Is A Full-On SAVAGE In This Street Sign War

Wendy’s may not have a good comeback for the Oakland A’s yet, but their street sign game looks to be as savage as their Twitter game usually is.

A Wendy’s location in Lubbock, Texas has been locked in a fierce battle with Pure Water Ice And Tea Company, located across the street from them.

For the past three weeks, each has thrown searing insults at each other through messages posted on their store signs.

According to KCBD, it was actually the tea shop who started the fight, trying to provoke the Wendy’s to clap back at them for a while. It wasn’t until Pure Water began offering free drinks to Texas Tech’s head football coach Kliff Kingsbury that the franchise responded, and since then, it’s been a true war of the words.

Wendy’s initial response was to offer Kliff Kingsbury a free meal and drinks, which Pure Water countered by saying the sign “looked familiar.” From there, Twitter has been capturing all of the signs to make a hysterical documentation of this ferocious battle.

Both Wendy’s and Pure Water have been absolute savages so far in this contest, with each coming up with increasingly craftier messages.

This most recent exchange of street signs has been the most brutal from both signs so far.

No clear winner has yet to emerge from this bout, which is still ongoing, but we’ll be keeping tabs on them, to see who eventually prevails.
