The Infamous ‘Pink Drink’ Is Now OFFICIALLY On Starbucks’ Menu

A post shared by foodbeast (@foodbeast) on

The Starbucks Pink Drink is arguably one of the most well-known secret menu drinks out there. This combination of Strawberry Acai Refresher with coconut milk and fresh strawberries has been touted as a must-try for hardcore Starbucks fans.

Last year, the Pink Drink went absolutely viral, with many people loving it for its light pink hue and flavor, which was often compared to the popular Asian beverage Calpico.

The Pink Drink has only been a part of the Starbucks “secret menu,” which means you would have to order the specific ingredients and direct baristas how to make it. Not anymore.

Starbucks announced that this legendary secret beverage will now become a regular on the year-round menu. Customers are now able to order in the restaurant and can also select the item on Starbucks’ Mobile Order and Pay system.

“We’re thrilled that the beloved Pink Drink is joining the Starbucks menu, just in time for the warmer spring months,” said Vivienne Long, Starbucks vice president of U.S. Retail Beverages. “This delicious and refreshing drink is a celebration of our customers’ and baristas’ creativity and is just one of the 170,000 ways we craft beverages to meet each person’s unique taste preferences.”

Starbucks baristas around the country should be prepared for a new onslaught of orders for this not-so-secret beverage.

At least this time, they’ll be well trained on exactly how to make it.
