Chocolate Covered Pop Tart Mini Crisps

Call me out of the loop, but I didn’t even know Pop Tarts Mini Crisps was a product that existed until we were introduced via this fun dessert. The recipe is simple, melt baking bark flavors of choice, dip the crisps into the chocolate and refrigerate until set. Our very own Becky used both milk and white chocolates in her batch. She claims the crisps were tasty on their own, but the addition of chocolate obviously added another level of flavor to the snack.
