Grill ‘Em All Truck — Limited Edition “Napalm Death” Burger

You don’t win Food Network’s The Great Food Truck Race without being an over-the-top group of badasses, and we’ll assume that attitude is what inspired the Grill ‘Em All Truck team to create The Napalm Burger. The special burger, a limited edition run for attendees of the 2011 OC Fair, is nothing to laugh at, combining cream cheese, a mound of pickled jalapeños, juicy burger, pepper jack cheese, deep fried jalapeño and cheese poppers, and a habeñero ghost pepper aioli.

We all passed the burger around for pictures, and the whiff of the habeñero ghost pepper aioli alone was enough to make us wince. Geoff, being the brave soul that he is, decided to take the first bite. Better him than me, right? #selfish #whitepeopleproblems

Geoff (left): This thing ain’t that hot.

Tommy (back):  Ey yo, let me catch a lil’ bite.

Rudy: We’re missing the Jersey Shore episode.
