Chick-fil-A Was Actually Open On Sunday And They Did A Beautiful Thing

Chick-fil-A opened on a Sunday.

The recent shooting in an Orlando nightclub shocked the country early Sunday morning as a man claimed the lives of 49 people and injured more than 50. The chicken sandwich chain spent an entire day making sandwiches and sending them straight to the OneBlood donation center.

OneBlood is the center taking blood donations to help the victims of the tragic shooting. Workers at the restaurant loaded vehicles filled with Chick-fil-A menu items and drove down to the centers to hand them out to those waiting in line as well law enforcement around the area.

We always talked about what would be big enough to make Chick-fil-A open on a Sunday. This was a for a great reason.
