Olive Garden Now Has Deep Dish Pizzas Made Entirely Of Spaghetti
As Olive Garden keeps trying to reinvent pasta, its new summer menu includes pies made entirely of spaghetti, that might scare off Italian food enthusiasts, but excite those looking to try something new.
Although they kind of look like cornbread, they’re more like deep dish pizzas made of spaghetti and topped with the usual meat and sauces you’d find on pasta.
Both dishes are a mouthful to say, as the Meatball Deep Dish Spaghetti Pie and Chicken Alfredo Deep Dish Spaghetti Pie took me no less than two minutes to correctly write down in this article.
The Meatball pie consists of a spaghetti base, seven cheeses, Italian bacon, a thin layer of crust, and a generous topping of meatballs with meat sauce.
The Alfredo version consists of the same spaghetti base and seven cheeses, but has grilled chicken and Alfredo sauce over-top.
Olive Garden is about two steps away from a spaghetti-bun cheeseburger, and about four steps away from just giving up and shoving pasta down our throats with a feeding tube.
