How To Make A Jägerbomb That Actually Explodes [WATCH]

Science can be used for so much good, like, medicinal advances, amazing technology and of course, making food explode.

YouTube channel Periodic Videos, which consists of scientists from the University of Nottingham, pretty much blowing up things at random, just found a way to make a Jagerbomb literally explode.

Jagerbombs are popular bro-ey, college-day shots that consist of Jagermeister, dumped into an energy drink-filled glass, letting the two merge into a fizzy mess that you immediately chug.

While the Jagerbomb has one of the coolest names for an alcoholic drink, there’s hardly any “bomb” to it—until now.

What Periodic Videos did was drop the Jagerbomb into potassium, causing an explosion so fierce, the beaker shattered, with the drink splattering all over the place.

Even better, the video shows it blowing up in slow motion, which is always the best way to watch things blow up.

These are the same guys who dipped a McDonald’s cheeseburger in stomach acid, and mixed 7-Up with Lithium, so they usually have a lot of time on their hands.

That’s great for us, though. Keep blowing up food, guys.
