Food Blogger Viciously Tells Thrillist To “Go F**k Your Own Face”

The Vulgar Chef, the lovable, foul-mouthed creator of ridiculous recipes while cursing up a storm, jumped all over pop culture site Thrillist, as he felt one of their recipe videos was very similar to one of his own unique recipes.

Kyle Marcoux, AKA the Vulgar Chef was intrigued by Thrillist’s recipe for, “Fried Mashed Potato Gravy Bombs” because they looked a hell of a lot like his “Mashed Potato and Gravy Balls.”

There are quite a few similarities in the recipes, such as, they’re the exact same fuckin’ thing.

Vulgar Chef blessed the world with this recipe back in late April 2015, at a time when no one except KFC fans are eating mashed potatoes and gravy.

Thrillist just barely released this recipe and video in December of 2015, almost 8 months after the Vulgar Chef, so he does have a bit of a gripe.

The balls themselves are exactly what they look like — battered and deep fried mashed potatoes with gravy hidden inside.

The only difference is that Thrillist went the super “hip” route and named their fried mashed potatoes “bombs” instead of “balls.”

Sure, the base for these recipes were both originally taken from Dude Foods, but we’ll leave him out of this fight.

Since Thrillist decided to take full credit for the idea, the chef had some choice words for them on their Facebook page before linking his original recipe:

How about you go fuck your own face. Cunts.” -The Vulgar Chef

In a recent post on his site, the chef had some additional harsh, but pretty comical words for the Thrillist:

And hey, Thrillist, next time you guys want to rip off one of my recipes for your cooking videos, at least swallow after mouthing my fucking cock.

Of course, the Thrillist recipe was likely accidental, like when Robin Thicke’s “Blurred Lines” accidentally, kind of sounded like Marvin Gaye’s “Got To Give It Up,” or how Sublime’s “What I got” kind of sounds like The Beatles’ “Lady Madonna.”

Although Thrillist did kind of low-key swipe Vulgar Chef’s idea of spaghetti-stuffed meatballs, too.

Either way, whenever the Vulgar Chef go off on a profanity-laced tirade, it’s pretty damn hilarious.
