This Is The Star Wars Dinner Set You’re Looking For…

Despite having been out for nearly three weeks now, Star Wars: The Force Awakens continues pulsing through the hearts and minds of fans new and old. The buck doesn’t stop there, as the lovable nerds over at Think Geek have come up with yet another way to make adults hate being adults.

*Cue theme music*

DUUUUN drrrrrrun drrrrun dun dun DUN dun dun dun dun dun DUN dun dun, bum bum bum buuuuum BUUUUUUUM bum bum bum BUMMMMM buuuum bum bum bum BUUUUUUUM, buuuum bum bum bum buuuuuuum!

Sorry, I had to. No regrets.

Think Geek has come up with a dinner set that could make any food edible, no matter how awful. Don’t let yourself be fooled, this set is not meant for children. The design and details speak to the die hard fans that want to show respect to the greatest film series of all time without compromising their ability to shred their poorly prepared chicken parmesan.

The melamine plate has a highly detailed depiction of the death star, while the polyester place mat shows off the size and strength of a Star Destroyer with TIE Fighters littered around the base, like a mother hen and its chicks. Seriously though, how great would it be to EAT the Dark Side? And when I say Dark Side, I mean peas and broccoli.

The piéce de résistance of the set is easily the fork, knife and spoon, shaped to represent the hilts of some of the more famous lightsabers we’ve seen to date.

For those who have a fear of space, your needs have been addressed as well. Think Geek also created an exclusive Hoth set, complete with two snowspeeders and an AT-AT.

Good luck not having fun with every meal you eat, even if you’re eating Solo.
