These Are Cheese-Infused Buffalo Chicken Meatballs, Here’s How To Make Them

Our buddy the Vulgar Chef has been known to be pretty good at handling balls, and now he’s adapting those skills to his cooking.

The Massachusetts native went balls deep in this creation, stuffing chicken meat balls with ooey-gooey mozzarella cheese.

Using ground chicken, eggs, bread crumbs, hot sauce and spices, the vulgar one created a base for the chicken meat balls.

He then cut up the mozzarella cheese into little pieces and wrapped the ground chicken around them.

He stuck them in the oven for 40 minutes, and out came these little bundles of joy.
