This Team’s Playoff Menu Features These Bizarre COTTON CANDY HOT DOGS
The Texas Rangers are no strangers to crazy eats at the ballpark as they’ve served heart-stopping eats such as deep-fried S’moreos, candied bacon and 2-foot long hot dogs.
This October, Rangers Ballpark in Arlington will be stepping up their game for the 2015 postseason, revealing a new menu that includes Cotton Candy hot dogs, a pound of cheetos, a giant deep-fried brownie and a hot dog with a sausage bun.
The Rangers play their first home game Sunday, October 11, where their adoring fans can challenge their life expectancy with the following new foods:
__________
The Sweet Spot Cotton Candy Dog
They’re bringing out a special sauce for this one. A cotton candy-infused mustard tops this dog, along with actual cotton candy. Up to you if you count this as an entree, or dessert.
__________
Inside-Out Hot Dog
This monster uses a 1-pound wiener as the bun, which is stuffed with mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and your choice of brisket, chili or shredded chicken. Bread is the worst part of a hot dog anyway.
__________
The Elvis Jabberdog Brownie
If Elvis were still alive, this would probably do him in. It’s a giant brownie, deep fried in funnel cake batter, topped with whipped cream and brownie bites.
__________
The One-Pound Top-and-Go Cheetos
Cheetos are delicious when smothered in nacho cheese, but Texas went even bigger. It’s like a Cheetos salad, covered in cheese, lettuce and sour cream and tomato. This is probably the light option for those trying to watch their figure.
