How To Make Doritos-Crusted Mac & Cheese Fries [WATCH]

The Vulgar Chef is known for two things; telling everyone to go f*** themselves, and making crazy food mashups.

We’ll save you the insults on the post and go straight into the terrifying Doritos-crusted mac & cheese fries mashup he cooked up.

The chef tackled these fries by freezing mac & cheese overnight, then cutting them into strips. He then began to batter and dip the strips in crushed up Doritos flakes. He said to put the strips back in the freezer for a couple of hours for a more even cook, then immerse them in a deep fryer.

Vulgar Chef credits food blogger Culinary Brodown for the inspiration and then cursed a bunch.
