Coffee Bean Is Now Pouring ESPRESSO SHOTS Over Your Ice Blended Drinks

Pouring hot coffee over your ice cream is a simple pleasure that you can enjoy at most restaurants, now Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf took that concept and made it an official icy drink.

AFFOGATO

It’s called the Affogato, and they essentially just pour a shot of espresso into any of their Ice Blended drinks for an extra pick-me-up.

It’s not really an original idea as the Affogato concept is available at several coffee shops, but it’s not often offered in blended ice coffee drinks, unless by special request.

Affogato in Italian means “drowned,” so it’s like they’re drowning your Ice Blended drink in shots of espresso.

BUILD YOUR OWN ORIGINAL

The Affogato is part of a summer kick-off celebration, which includes a build-you-own drink concept. Until August 30, Coffee Bean will be letting customers put extra coffee, add cookies, or add chocolate covered espresso beans to their Ice Blended drinks.

$2 SMALL ICE BLENDED

On May 21, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., they’ll be offering small, build-your-own Ice Blended drinks for $2.

Good Lord, that was a lot to digest, but yeah– espresso shots in your Ice Blended, cookies and other crap in your Ice Blended and $2 small Ice Blended drinks for one day only.
