How To Make Fried Cheesecake-Filled Roll Ups

Any time we can eat cheesecake without a fork, it’s a win.

Nicole Nared of Brown Sugar found a way to make fried cheesecake roll-ups that we can munch on like taquitos. Nared said she got the idea after trying some fried cheesecake at Longhorn Steakhouse.

She didn’t have to go out of her way to make an entire cheesecake from scratch, all she used for these were crescent rolls, cream cheese, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla, as she baked these delightful treats in four easy steps.

She even has a strawberry sauce recipe to go along with these. The roll-ups sounded amazing enough, adding strawberry glaze just isn’t fair.

Check out the recipe for yourself on her Brown Sugar blog and the Pillsbury baking blog, as she gives the step-by-step on how to make these cheesecake roll-ups and strawberry sauce.
