This Ice Cream Bar Ditches Popsicle Sticks For Pretzel Sticks

On a hot day, ice cream bars can be a godsend. But once you get down to that wooden stick holding everything you cherish together, you’re left with nothing but an emptiness in your soul. Luckily, at Natural Products ExpoWest, we discovered SaltiSweet. Made with Boulder Ice Cream, the Colorado-based dessert brand, the ice cream bars are skewered on a pretzel stick.

There’s an extra layer of snack to enjoy.

Salti-Sweet-bite

The Boulder Ice Cream is wrapped around a “Salti” pretzel and combines the two snacks into one super snack you won’t have to throw away once the ice cream stops. As we all know, sucking the ice cream off that wooden stick is a necessary vice. Now, you can just eat it.

Set to launch in March, SaltiSweet comes in Vanilla, Vanilla with Sprinkles and Vanilla with Nuts. While initially sold in the Rocky Mountain region, SaltiSweet will be heading to more stores throughout the US.
