Mac ‘n’ Cheese Doughnuts with a Cheetos Crust, Start Your Diet Tomorrow

Our favorite chef with the vocabulary of a sailor decided to create something magical. When we say magical, we really mean cheesy beyond belief. The Vulgar Chef took some crushed Cheetos and mac & cheese and combined them into a dish he proudly calls “Cheetos Crusted Mac n’ Cheese Doughnuts.”

It’s exactly what it sounds like.

After cooking the mac & cheese, he then threw it into a doughnut mold. The mold is then thrown into the freezer and allowed to cool down for a few hours. In the meantime, he took a bag of Cheetos and crushed it.

The doughnuts are dunked into an egg wash and coated with the Cheetos. They’re then fried at a low temperature for about a minute. Just be careful not to burn them by frying too long.

The result is, for lack of a more fitting word, beautiful.
