Craving: Seared Steak with Spicy Rice Noodles
With summer coming up in a few months and beach related vacations being planned, it’s time to get your healthy fix back in gear. Personally I find that if I can make a good meal in under 15 minutes then I’ll do it, otherwise I get lazy and eat out. This is a perfect example of something I should be chowing down on. Quick sear that juicy steak and then throw it together with some spicy rice noodles, corn and cilantro and you’ll have a fresh spring feast ready to go! (Thx Chow)
