The Electric Daisy Carnival, Las Vegas is this weekend, and while you’ll be partying up and dancing 97 percent of the time, you’re eventually going to get hungry, probably.

For the first time, EDC will have an array of local Las Vegas food trucks and restaurants waiting to feed you a plethora of insanely good-looking food. Some of these might look crazy right now, but at some point, you just might tell yourself, “I really need a burrito in my life.”

So here are 14 handpicked, incredibly delicious items these Vegas food joints serve.

Korean BBQ Beef Brisket Tacos – Dragon Grille

Dragon Grille is an Asian Fusion truck and the brisket tacos are a must. The beef is laid over a bed of rice and topped with your choice of Galbi Q, or Shoyo sauce.

BBQ Pork Belly Sandwich –  Oming’s Kitchen 

If you’re craving a strong sandwich, look for Oming’s Kitchen for a BBQ pork belly sandwich. The truck serves Filipino inspired food and this sandwich looks like a strong candidate to possibly fill you up the whole weekend.

Pholicious Q Slider – Wa Da Pho 

You probably saw this picture and thought to yourself, “Wa da pho!” Well the Pholicioius Q slider is a staple for the Wa Da Pho truck. The slider is a bbq pho brisket, with papaya slaw, their “Wa Sauce” and served on a pretzel slider bun.

Japanese Ribeye Burrito – Truk-N-Yaki

A food list cannot be credible without a burrito and Truk-N-Yaki will be the spot for your burrito needs at EDC. How can you resist a burrito stuffed with rib-eye steak? If at the end of the night, you aren’t craving a burrito, you didn’t party hard enough.

Dutch Fries – Can’t Dutch This

The Can’t Dutch This food truck offers Belgian/Dutch style fries which are seasoned fries in a cone with a topping of your choice. Among the toppings to choose from are the Amesterdam sauce, which is sweet and spicy, and the Brugge, which is a cinnamon topping like a “Churro Fries.”

Chicken Taquitos – Desnudo Tacos 

Taquitos are a traditional Mexican dish and Desnudo Tacos will be posted up serving these delicious, crunchy bad boys at EDC this weekend.

District One will be serving up these nifty coconut waters that’ll probably have people asking you all night where you got it. Not a bad idea to keep hydrated throughout the weekend.

The Sausagefest truck has an impressive pork-filled menu and the spicy pork tacos are hard to argue with. EDC runs into the wee hours of the night, and that’s generally when tacos taste glorious.

Guinea’s Pie – Naked City Pizza

You know EDC is doing things right when they get a pizza restaurant in the mix. One of Naked City Pizza’s signature pizzas is the Guinea’s Pie, which is made up of meatballs, spinach, ricotta, mozzarella and white garlic sauce.

The Hummus Factory truck will be adding a Greek flavor to EDC and the Lamb Gyro is a must.

The Sin City Dogs food truck gives you a taste of ballpark-style hot dogs, but with a little extra love. The Rebel Dog is one of their newer dogs on the menu and wrapped in bacon, smothered in cheese and chili, and topped with onion ring bits.

Los Angeles natives recognize this combination of food very well, but if you’ve never tried chicken and waffles, the SkinnyFats restaurant can only upgrade your EDC experience.
