Here are the Foods that You Can Magically Regrow from Leftovers

It’s not unusual to find that the organic, pesticide-free produce tends to be a tad more expensive. Add that with your grass-fed beef and free-range chicken, and you might as well give up and reach for that box of chocolate. Because chocolate is a salad anyway and won’t cost you an entire paycheck.

Don’t fret. While you can’t grow organic beef in your kitchen (yet), you can grow a mini vegetable garden using scraps and save a few bucks next time you go shopping. All you need is water, soil and last night’s leftovers.
