Eat up, guys. The next Thanksgivukkah (the happy occasion when Thanksgiving and Hanukkah happen to fall on the same day) isn’t for another 70,000 years. Besides, let’s be real, the turkey – stuffing – mashed potatoes combo gets a little old after the 20th (or, you know, 60th) year in a row. This year, swap the tried and trues for latke pumpkin pies, turkey sufganiyots, and challah stuffing in what could be the most inspired culinary mash-up to come out of 2013 (sorry cronut).
