Kogi BBQ Truck Reveals a “Hells Bells” Korean Burger

Continuously pushing the limits of Korean, Mexican and American fusion food, the Kogi BBQ Truck has further blurred the genre lines this morning by revealing their first ever official attempt at a burger. The burger pictured above is made up of all prime beef patties (two of them), cheese, buttered kimchi, sasa, sesame mayo and salad. Head Chef Roy mentions that “you need to put on some AC/DC in a smoke filled room while eating this [burger] in a dark corner to get the whole experience.” I guess we’ll have to take him up on that this weekend!
