Starbucks Trenta Cup Holds A Lot of Food, Too.

Ever since the release of the Starbucks Trenta cup, a surge of comments poured in regarding the amazing amount of liquid it’s capable of holding. I guess part of the ridiculousness came in the fact that it was holding such a great amount of caffeinated liquid, and then someone made an observation that the Trenta Cup holds an entire bottle of wine.

The question is now raised, what else can fit in a Trenta cup?! Well, our friend Nick Ralo of the Dallas Observer has given us a good amount of things to think about this morning, mainly some delectable food stuffs. What have we learned from Nick’s research? The Trenta cup can comfortably house 28 slices of bacon, 2 Pints of Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream, 75 Lil’ Smokies or 1/2 a 12 oz. bag of Doritos.

Not enough information for you? The Trenta cup can also hold other liquids besides coffee and wine, in fact, it can hold 1.32 Four Lokos, 2.5 Beers, or a Fifth + 1/5 of Whiskey. Impressive much? Thank you Starbucks. We now have a container that can hold the things we were too ashamed to bring to work otherwise.
