Will People Have Trouble Pronouncing Taco Bell’s New Flamas DLT Flavor? Flame-ass Could Ensue

With that in mind, while we know the new Taco Bell Doritos Locos Taco flavor is going to be Flamas-flavored (chile lime), we understand that Taco Bell may opt for a more low-key title.

A trusted, unnamed source (we swear it’s not just some dude on the street) mentioned that during the testing process, while the flavors were well-received, a few patrons are already mispronouncing the Flamas taco as “Flame Ass.” Unsurprisingly, the disambiguation has the potential to offend more conservative eaters. We, on the other hand, have the maturity level of a 5-year-old and think it’s down right hilarious.

Yes, we make  our mom’s proud.

Still, I’ll give it to Taco Bell — they’ll stick to a social media campaign until the very, very end. Despite Foodbeast confirming the chain’s next DLT flavor being the Flamas and their very own CEO practically announcing its launch, Taco Bell continues to tell the entire world that we’re simply “getting warmer.”

Real cute, guys.

Welp, since we’re only supposed to “speculate,” we’ll keep shamelessly showing off Taco Bell’s official signage with Flamas DLT branding from over a year ago.
