Kogi BBQ releases a Bacon Kimchi Tofu Hot Dog for January

It’s still the beginning of January, so restaurants are still rolling out their specials for the month and even though this one was announced 5 days short of the first, I think we’ll be able to forgive the Kogi BBQ truck. We’re looking at the BKTD, or in other words: Bacon, Kimchi, Tofu and hot Dog. All four items were brought together in a crispy looking bun and smothered in their special salsa Verde. To try this bad boy out, you’ll want to keep tabs on the whereabouts of their truck via their website, eat on!
