One Man’s Weekly Nutritional Intake, as Told By Pop-Tarts and Broccoli

7

UK-based graphic design student Ryan MacEachern is one guy who knows how to make lemonade from lemons. Maybe even literally! Apparently, someone told him to put those graphic design skills to use by visually documenting his habits over the course of a week. Ryan, brilliant martyr that he is, decided to ditch the junk food over the course of a week, slowly making it prettier and more depressing.

But instead of just giving up those sugar sweets and fatty favorites, Ryan used the foods (along with some other colorful additions) to graph out his new diet. Unfortunately, he didn’t actually eat a bowl full of candy as part of his diet. That would be crazy. I guess.
