‘Pigs in a Blanket’ Pancakes

We’ve all heard of Pigs in a Blanket, we’ve even seen some big name fast food chains like Dunkin’ Donuts launch Sausage Pancake Bites, a mere few weeks ago. Taking it to another level (or down another level, whatever saying floats your boat), our friends at The Pancake Project have re-interpreted the saying in its entirety. We’re looking at a pancake fashioned after a fun blanket with pancake-carved pigs peaking out from underneath. Rest assured, the bodies of the pigs are actually sausages.
