Popeyes: Releases New Line of Crawfish Meals

Popeyes second annual Crawfish Festival begins this week and runs through the end of November. What does that mean? The chain is bringing four different limited time offers for its customers. First up is the Crawfish Tackle Box, a box piled high with crawfish marinated in Louisiana seasonings with a regular side, biscuit and Popeyes own Creamy Horseradish Sauce (available as a meal or combo). The Crawfish Traveler which appears to be the marinated crawfish in a fun traveler’s box for quick snacking.

The Crawfish Po’Boy calls up the marinated crawfish and spreads them on a warm baguette, lined with lettuce, pickles and more of that Creamy Horseradish sauce. The final effort is the Crawfish Etouffee, a traditional Louisiana “one pot” dish, featuring seasoned rice smothered with a rich sauce of crawfish, veggies, and spices. This is sold alone as a 16oz Big Easy Bowl or as a regular side.
