#FoodBeast: Glee Sends #GrilledCheesus to the Top

#FoodBeast is a new area of interest we will be covering here at Foodbeast.com. It will consist of interesting social network and web food trends, discoveries and research. Most will be of the humorous variety. Enjoy!

Fox Network’s Glee has sent a surge of hungry Twitterers to their accounts with nothing but a #GrilledCheesus “on their mind”. Currently a top trending topic on social network Twitter, #GrilledCheesus is very much the most talked about subject this morning. For those not following the show, the 25th episode, which aired last night on Tuesday, centered around a myriad of touchy religious subjects. Apparently, character “Finn” discovered a burn mark during his grilled-cheese-making-process that had a striking a resemblance to Jesus Christ. Of course, this sign leads Finn to praying to his new, “Cheesy Lord”, for rather trivial things. What did you think of last night’s episode, and have you ever seen signs in your food before?
