This Smokey Apple Bacon Bit Hot Dog starts off with a toasted Italian roll with melted cherry wood smoked mozzarella, topped with a charcoal grilled hot dog, grilled sweet onions, sauerkraut, diced gala apples that have been sauteed in butter, spicy whole-grain mustard and finished with crispy bacon bits!
