Amazingly crafted and amazingly photographed, one of my favorite indie food bloggers in the form of AvocadoLA has created what he dubbed a Spicy Tuna Slider. This amazing creation comes complete with shiso leaf, avocado, pickled ginger, pickled radish, cucumber, salmon eggs and scallion.
