Del Taco: 39 Cent Tacos

In light of Taco Tuesday here is some buzz worthy news from the Taco front. Yeah I said it, the taco front. One can only assume the majority of you foodbeastin’ fools are already 4 tacos and 4 margaritas deep on this warm August evening (a one to one ratio everyone enjoys). But this Wednesday August 03 2010, clear the calendar. People, you’ve got even more tacos to consume. Excuse me, people you’ve got even more unbelievably CHEAP Del Taco-tacos to consume.

Tomorrow Del Taco releases a deal that will trump every single time you threw down $1.50 for your Tuesday evening ritual. All of those steals and deals you thought you were powering through tonight will be forgotten. The oh so recession friendly Del Taco rolls out the big guns with this one. The ongoing fast food battle between the hot spots and their inexpensive products continues. Del’s once 59 cent tacos are being eased down by 20 cents!

Yes, starting tomorrow for a limited time you will be able to munch up those crunchy morsels of ground beef lettuce and cheese for only 39 cents! After tomorrow, devouring 10 tacos in one sitting will no longer be frowned upon by the general portion of society. At 39 cents a pop, you could guzzle 15 and still make it under 6 bucks. So why not, live a little. Get that grub on! And then fall into a nice taco induced slumber. Preferably one after you’ve made it home, because sleeping in the booths of your nearest Del Taco remains frowned upon.
