Frozen Hot Chocolate

The irony of this dish is blowing my mind! How can a hot chocolate be frozen? And should I refer to this as a drink or dessert? Well Serendipity 3, in New York, NY is rolling them out for desserts and as drinks!  The consistency isn’t like a chocolate milkshake in that it isn’t very creamy. It has more of a icy texture and a cocoa-y flavor! All of these frozen hot chocolates come with whip cream and chocolate shavings!
